Objectives

• Participants will be familiar with and be able to identify processes of group dynamics.
• Participants will be familiar with the phases of group/team building.
• Participants will be aware of their role and leadership techniques for various phases of team building.
• Participants will be familiar with particular aspects of group communication, including particularly aspects of equality awareness (non-biased language, gender bias...).
• Participants will be familiar with the stages of conflict development, and develop some resources and methods for effective intervention.
• Participants will learn techniques for de-escalating conflicts in teams.

Please note that, on the one hand, out of consideration for the other course participants and, on the other hand, to ensure individual learning success, full attendance is required during the face-to-face part of the course.
