Objectives
- Participants will be familiar with and be able to identify processes of group dynamics.
- Participants will be familiar with the phases of group/team building.
- Participants will be aware of their role and leadership techniques for various phases of team building.
- Participants will be familiar with particular aspects of group communication, including particularly aspects of equality awareness (non-biased language, gender bias...).
- Participants will be familiar with the stages of conflict development, and develop some resources and methods for effective intervention.
- Participants will learn techniques for de-escalating conflicts in teams.
