Coaching
Person-centered, individual advising
What is Coaching?
Coaching is a special form of person-centred counselling that helps to mobilise one’s own resources and competencies in order to find solution strategies for current and future questions, challenges or problems. Coaching aims to strengthen the coachee’s self-reflection and self-awareness as well as promoting self-management and self-help.
Coaching sessions are conducted in a trustworthy and private setting. Moreover, coaching is limited in time resp. in a certain amount of sessions, which are focused towards achieving a specific goal or result.
In which situations coaching can be helpful?

Coaching helps with both professional and private issues or situations. However, when it comes to coaching it is necessary to have a particular question or problem to solve. So, it is very important to set out certain objectives and to list up certain expectations from the coaching experience. Always keep in mind: Coaching focuses less on a retrospective analysis of the problem, but on the solution process itself.
Coaching thus always pursues the goal of leading to individual approaches and solutions and helps to shift the personal perspective at certain things or situations.
