Experience the Moon Festival in Graz! On 25 September 2026, the Confucius Institute Graz invites you to a special cultural and concert experience in the auditorium of the Graz University of Technology.
The Confucius Institute Graz and the Chinese-Austrian Music Salon cordially invite you to the Moon Festival 2025, which will take place on Friday, 25 September 2026, in the auditorium of the Graz University of Technology. You can look forward to a varied programme, which will offer free cultural stations from 3 p.m. onwards, where you can try your hand at calligraphy, paper cutting or a traditional tea ceremony, among other things. Children (up to age 18) can collect points with a stamp card until 5 p.m. and secure free admission to the evening concert. To do so, please register in advance at konfuzius@uni-graz.at.
The highlight is the concert at 6 p.m. entitled ‘Austria meets China: Melodies of the Moon,’ which will transport you into the world of Chinese music with enchanting sounds and evoke memories of Austrian classics.
Admission including buffet is EUR 28. By purchasing a ticket, you will also be supporting the charitable projects of the Lions Club Graz Erzherzog Johann.
